I'm coming

It’s middle of the week, so I’m sure many is hoping for the weekends to come. Anyway, this is a joke to share with all of you.

Last Monday, I was waiting for RC to leave the office. However, after waiting for a couple of minutes, she is still no where in sight. Spontaneously, I called her mobile. This is how the conversation goes.

Me: Eh, where are you? Still in the office ah?
RC: Yeah, where are you?
Me: I reach already la. Faster come down la! Faster….Faster~!!! FASTERRRRRR~!!!
RC: Okok…I’M COMING, I’M COMINGGGGGGG…

Lol...This is the funny part. RC shout so loud while there is other colleagues around. A guy came out and told another colleague “I hope she is enjoying it…”
*wink*

For those noob, the joke is COMING = CUMING…duhhhhhh

Speed Dating

It has been some time I haven’t blog. I have so much to say but yet so little chance to do so. Anyway, I’ve visited Melaka and Taiping two weeks ago. I’ll cover that very soon.

Anyway, just for a quickie, I would like to share something interesting with you. I got this from RinaCun at work. It is about speed dating. What is speed dating? I’m sure you know what it is although the term is not familiar. We’ve seen a lot of this in TV programs. Here is a short description I found from
wikipedia -
“Speed dating is a formalized matchmaking process or dating system whose purpose is to encourage people to meet a large number of new people.”

Interesting? It’s here in Bangsar itself. It is held twice a month at D’Haven Restaurant. You can find out more at the following
site.

Give it a try...Good Luck~!

I'm loving it - Gen2 rear lights

This week is one interesting week for me. Also, it’s the holiday season and I would like to wish all Happy Deepavali and Happy Holidays. It’s the festival of lights and please make sure you on your headlights when driving at night. :)

Everyone that knows me would have probably known that I’m really into cars. I can say that I’m crazy over cars more than girls because I can understand a car easily compared to girls who look simple and yet so complicated. Hahaha…It’s also easier for me to conquer a car and have full control of it.

Anyway, for those who owns/plan to own a Gen2 or Persona, I would like to share this with you. It is the after-market rear light of a Gen2 that I spotted few days ago. It’s a coincident that I have my camera with me and I snapped a few pics of it to share with you.

Here you go.

You can refer to Paultan's site as well. He posted about the Gen2 LED lights months ago.

To Persona owners, this after-market rear lights for Gen2 should fit nicely on a Persona as well because the Gen2 and Persona rear lights are using the same design. Instead of face-lifting the lights, Persona had to use the same design as Gen2 because Proton has committed on a certain number of orders for Gen2 parts, but it turns out to be poor sales and far from target. Anyway, this provides the after-market manufacturer a business opportunity to offer something different. I would say that they did a good job in the design department. No doubt that I will have it installed if I own a Gen2/Persona. Cheers~!!!

KLCC Skybridge visit - Part 2

Continue from Part 1

After breakfast, we still have 2hrs+ to spend before 12.20pm. Oh ya, we are supposed to be there 10mins before the visit time. So Keith and I thought of catching a movie while waiting for others to come. Too bad, TGV at KLCC only has a few morning shows which start minutes before noon.

So what can two guys do in a shopping mall? We are certainly like a couple but god knows we are both too straight to be gay. LOLz...Anyway, whenever I’m in a shopping mall, I can really shop if I have something in mind. Therefore, Keith accompanies me around to buy something on my wish list. I’ll go to that if I have the extra time to blog.

In summary, we spent our time exploring new stuff. Some interesting stuff to note is the Nike+ and the new Apple iMac. The iMac is definitely something I would like to have on my desk. It is love at first sight! If you have to ask, of course I did fondle and feel the iMac at display. The experience is so wonderful, almost as good as orgasm. This will be a new item on my wish list, but probably will seriously consider getting one only on 2009.

Later on, MFS arrived and we met up to have a drink while waiting for Boss. Another good sign of the day, we bumped into Stef who is working nearby. Stef, you look gorgeous in your working attire. Please plan your “lawatan sambil belajar”, we are looking forward to it.

Anyway, it was almost 12.20pm and Boss is still not there yet. I suggested for all to move our butts and get to the entrance area for the Skybridge visit. Did I mentioned that I have an extra ticket? Yes, I have one extra because a friend is not able to join us.

Alright, so I met this uncle at the entrance and all the tickets were given out for the day. He was hoping to get the Skybridge tickets. Since I have extra so I offered him a ticket as it is 12.30pm already right in front of the staff. Here is what happened next, the uncle walked away with the ticket and I was told by the staff that I’m not supposed to give my tickets away. They have caught a taxi driver selling the tickets for a freaking fucking RM 180. Guys, you better learn your lesson not to give the tickets away. This is meant to be free. Why give away if you can sell it yourself? Hahhaha….Joking, but damn it’s a hell of money for a free stuff. Now let’s get into the new XP after much crapping.

When we first enter, we were given a coloured tag and a pair of glasses. Then we are lead into a small theatre room for some introduction to Petronas and the twin towers. As you can guess, the glasses is for the 3D vision effect.

Boss almost fell asleep

This glasses do suit me huh, better than the Ray-Ban sunglasses I tried earlier.

Keith looks like Horatio Caine from CSI Miami~!!!

His real name is David Caruso. I’ll leave it for you to judge. (Source: wikimedia)

Next, we were divided into two groups according to the tag colour. The yellow tagged people left first then we follow suit. It took a few minutes before we can enter the lift area. For security purposes, everything must go thru the scanner and all metal items should be removed for scanning. Then we need to walk thru the arch scanner (I don’t know what is the proper name for it, but I guess you can imagine it).

Yeayyy….and we finally boarded the lift. It’s a quick one as it takes only around 40 seconds to reach the 41st floor. Dude, I wish they have one like that in Cyberia. Hahaha…

Here is my new XP.

Oh god, I’m really crazy enough to walk on the bridge which is 170m above the ground. CRAZY I said, mainly because I’m a person who has height phobia. No way for turning back, this is my life and I must overcome my fear.

Steady lar…notice my hand clinching to the railing? Hahaha. Thanks Boss for your support. Muaxx

Everyone is enjoying the view while I’m having my hard time with sweaty palms.

Now, I’m steady…mission accomplished~!

That’s all for my Skybridge visit. You can enjoy few more scenery shots taken from the Skybridge after this.

KLCC Skybridge visit - Part 1

It’s another Friday, but not another ordinary Friday where I will be waking up at 8am for work. Guess what, I woke up at 6.15am today and it’s my annual leave~! Haha…I’m so excited and looking forward for my new XP (aka experience) today although I slept only for 2hrs.

Deng deng deng…it’s my first ever visit to the SkyBridge @ KLCC. Thinking about it, I’ve been in KL for 5 years and I have not even visited the world’s tallest 2-storey bridge. Fyi, the bridge is on 41st and 42nd storey of the twin towers and it is 170m above the ground with the length of 58m.

Back to my day, I was so willing to wake up early compare to other working days. I went for a hot and long shower to assure that I’m not tired for the day. Then when I’m done, Keith Martin was ready to leave as well. Keith and I left from Cyber at 6.50am to Kelana lrt station with my car. Thanks god, we planned to leave early and traffic is smooth all the way to Kelana. Keith is anticipating for some eye washing in the lrt because it is a working day. We expect to see some hot girls or MILF. Anyway, it’s a good day as I saw a cute friend of mine at the kerinchi lrt station.

Once we reach KLCC station , we head directly to the Skybridge ticket counter. It was a quarter after 8am, but the queue certainly is long. At first the queue is up to an area like a tunnel, far away from the ticket counter. Okay, it’s a bit of exaggerating…

I am in the queue with majority foreigners who are willing to turn up early for the free first-come first-served tickets to the skybridge.

Then after 15mins, the queue starts moving. Probably because they start giving out the tickets at 8.30am. Anyway, this is how it looks once we reach near the ticket counter.

They even have a screen displaying the skybridge visit time that are currently being issued.

Keith and I have planned to ask others to join if we could get extra tickets. In fact, we are able to. We’ve got 5 tickets for 12.30pm visit. Btw, it’s not that the ticket available for next visit is at 12.30pm, we wanted to just get the afternoon session so that we have ample time to get the gang here.

Look, five of it~!!! Hahahhaha

After that, Keith and I decided to go for BK breakfast. We are starving since we left Cyber. The food is good, in fact it’s my first ever BK breakfast.

I had this

What? Maggi mashed potato!

Something interesting, the napkinometer test

Since I’m eager to blog so much the first time, I’ll continue on more in Part 2…
